We are a niche firm.   Our specialty is software implementation, and helping companies fully utilize their accounting and business solution data.  Within this specialty we also provide "software turnaround" consulting where we provide training and technical assistance for the products on which we are certified.
 

Markle & Company has helped small and medium sized businesses since 1982.  We are located in Suite 114, 302 N. El Camino Real, in the downtown area of San Clemente.  Our close proximity to the freeway makes us easily accessible from the San Diego, Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

Jeff Markle, CPA

CPA since 1981, Graduate of California State University at Northridge with specialization in accounting in 1976.   Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with options in Microsoft SQL Server 6.5 and TCP/IP, in addition to having certification for MICROSOFT GREAT PLAINS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, GREAT PLAINS SMALL BUSINESS MANAGER, SAGE ACCPAC ADVANTAGE SERIES, and ACCPAC PLUS FOR DOS accounting software, and SAGE ACCPAC CRM.  Microsoft Certification on SQL Server 2000 in 2006.

Martha Pirillo, CPA

Martha graduated from Upper Iowa State University, Fayette, Iowa in 1977 with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.  She has been a CPA since 1982.  Her experience includes five years public accounting and 18 years of accounting and controllership positions in the real estate industry including commercial development, management and homeowner's associations.  Martha specializes in both the SAGE and MICROSOFT GP software.   Martha has been certified on FRX Reporting software, (used in both the SAGE and MICROSOFT platforms) successfully completing the Sylvan/Microsoft exam on that subject in 2006.
